  On your website it states "fresh cakes! Friendly staff!". Well tonight was quiet the opposite. On arriving we decided to have a hot beverage before hand and a slice of cake.
  One of us ordered a piece of cake, and for $8.50 we weren't too impressed to have it burnt on the bottom and dry as the Sahara desert. On asking for a new cake , we were reluctantly given another piece, which unfortunately was very well the same. So asking for our money back and stating it probably shouldn't be served, we were told by a polite and lovely staff member that "well I'm not a cake chef, am I?" Maybe not, but you should probably know a dry cake from a fresh one, and quiet possibly how to speak to customers with a little bit of respect and be a bit more polite.
